Morgantown, WV 5 years ago for Western Reserve Group in Wooster, OHThis company insures the landlord that almost killed my bf, my cat, and myself with a CO monoxide leak due to his negligence in keeping his property up to health and safety codes. Their response to our complain was "Well did you inspect the unit yourself?" I am not a
plumber. I do not know how a water heater is supposed to be installed and vented. And it is my landlord's responsibility to ensure that his property is in a safe and habitable condition. These people are just as crooked as my penny pinching landlord. I have photo proof of the improper install and maintenance of the water heater as well as the improper ventilation system used. These people do not care that they could have killed people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
