Welcome to City of Conway online portal for Permit and Planning/Zoning Application requests. All permits require an active Business License/Contractor Update (if Out of City) from our Business Licensing Department in addition to your permit. .
If you are a homeowner, you may begin the permit application on this page by entering an address in the Property Search below.
If you are a contractor or owner's representative, you must click the link below the blue banner that says, "Click here if you are a contractor/design professional."
CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER FOR AN ONLINE ACCOUNT AND CONTACT US TO OBTAIN A PIN.
Click here to register for an online contractor's account. Once you have set up your account you will need to contact the City of Conway Construction Services department at 843-488-9888, option 1 OR send an email to building@cityofconway.com. Once log off then log back on, then you simply enter your permit information, upload your plans.
To get your PIN number, please email building@conwaysc.gov.com or call (843) 488-9888 the City of Conway Planning & Building Dept to link your account.
